Llanada Grande Fishing & Helifishing Program
Our lodge is located 500 meters south west of the Llanada Grande airstrip, about 160 km east of Puerto Montt. We have been operating for 14 years in Llanada Grande and 19 years in Rio Puelo. We have accommodations for 15 people in double rooms with private bathroom. A fleet of 7 jet boats with which we travel without restrictions throughout the entire Puelo River basin from Reloncaví Sound to Lake Inferior on the border with Argentina.
Itinerary
1Day 1
- Lan Stgo Puerto Montt flight leaving Santiago early in the morning
- Arrival in Puerto Montt at 9:00. Transfer by land to Osorno 1 hour.
- Transfer from Osorno by helicopter to Lago Gris
- Full day fishing in Lago Gris
- Flight to the Lodge in the helicopter & Hot Tub and dinner.
2Day 2
- 8:00.- Breakfast
- 9:00 20 minute flight to Fontinalis lagoon where we have 2 Mackenzie boats.
- Full day with lunch in the lagoon.
- 19:00 Return to the Lodge and hot water bath in a cypress tub.
3Day 3
- 8:30 Breakfast. Flight to Cordilleran Lagoons and Traidor River to fish for Rainbows and Farios
4Day 4
- Flight to tributary rivers of the Puelo River with excellent technical fishing with nymphs and dry flies.
- Full day Fishing in Lower Lake.
- 18:00 Return to Puerto Varas by helicopter.
This typical excursion considers a minimum of 4 pax and a maximum of 6 people and includes the following:
- Round trip air transfer of the Helicopter (Eurocopter B3 or Bell 206 LR)
- Accommodation in bedrooms with heating and private bathroom.
- 2 pax x double bedroom
